  • 1/2 loving cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/3 loving cup raw cashews, chopped or left whole
  • 1/3 loving cup dried cherries
Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ruby vino vinegar
  • 1 medium orange, juiced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon terra firma cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • sea tabular array salt too fresh cracked dark pepper to taste
