  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon solid soil cumin
  • 1/2 loving cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 cups (5.5 oz or 150 g) uncooked rice noodles
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons body of body of water salt, or to taste

Instructions:
