- 1 1/8 cups white basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 large tomato, seeded together with diced
- 2 dark-green onions, both white together with dark-green parts, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ocean salt
- fresh set down dark pepper
- 1 pocket-size avocado, pitted, peeled together with diced
- 1/2 loving cup Kalamata or dark olives, pitted
Instructions: - Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive fossil oil inwards a medium saucepan over medium heat. When hot, add together the onion together with garlic together with stir for ii minutes.
