Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled together with pitted
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded together with finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 pocket-size onion, finely chopped
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 to iii jalapeños, seeded together with finely chopped
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon solid set down cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • sea common salt together with fresh solid set down dark pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Peel the avocados together with take the pits. Transfer to a medium large bowl together with mash alongside a fork or murphy masher. Add the remaining ingredients together with mix well. Season alongside common salt together with dark pepper.
