1- Lentils, chicken and vinaigrette salad:

  • 350 Grams of lentils
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 4 Tomatoes expert
  • 2 Onions (1 purple and one white)
  • 100 Grams of sweet corn
  • 100 Grams of arugula
  • 1 Tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of cumin
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Herbs for provencal
  • Olive oil

To prepare the vinaigrette, plus:
  • 12 Mint leaves
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Salt

You can leave the lentils soak overnight or not, as you prefer. Place on fire to cook with olive oil and black pepper, oregano, cumin, salt, chopped white onion.   • 300 Grams of lentils
  • 400 Grams of beef
  • Average onion
  • Medium green pepper
  • 3 Tomatoes

  • A teaspoon of sugar

Let soak lentils overnight and then cook them with water and a little salt.
